The following demonstrates the terms of use and conditions, applicable to the use of  mywishholidays.in. Before accepting the My Wish Holidays Terms and Conditions agreement, we believe that one has fully read, understood and accepted these terms of use and conditions Agreement.

Upon accepting this agreement, both the parties agree to work together on the following terms of use and conditions.

Subject of Agreement –

These terms of use agreement determine the relationship between the parties, their rights, regulations, and obligations, list and scope of transactions, key commercial conditions, terms of payment, service usages, the validity of agreement and terms of cancellation.

Payment Procedure –

Payment Mode Offline –

• Allow all banks debit cards (Master/Visa/Rupay)
• Allow all banks Credit cards (Master/Visa)
• Net banking
• G-Pay

Procedure –

After confirmation of services –

• You will get link on your mobile for making the payment from our payment gateway company.
• Next, you will be requested to provide your credit/debit card details that include your card number, card expiry date, CVV number, card holder’s name.
• Do not close or refresh until you redirected to bank verification window.
• Only after bank verification, we will confirm your booking.

Important Note –

1. We do not accept Cash Receipts or Cash Payments in Account. Please make Payments by Cheque / Bank Transfer / RTGS / NEFT / IMPS Only
2. From 01st July 2017 Onwards GST will be applicable & hence Package / Hotel / Travel Service Rates quoted before that will be subject to change as per Change in Government Taxes.

Cancellation and Refund –

If in any case, the client cancels a tour with us then the client may be liable to pay cancellation charges. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of My Wish Holidays . Upon receipt of confirmation of booking, some percentage of the total amount paid will be refund, but in some particular cases, the cancellation charges can depend on the timing of cancellation.

• Airline Cancellation policy will be applicable as per Airline Policy + My Wish Holidays Service Charges.
• Hotel Cancellation policy will be applicable as per Hotel Policy + My Wish Holidays Service Charges.
• Kindly confirm the cancellation policy with us at the time of booking

Please Note – #Refund

• If, you have cancel your booking under refundable policy of Hotel & Airline & other services then partial refund is applicable.
• In case of Non- refundable booking then there will be no refund once confirm the booking. please know the policy before booking.
• Refund amount will be processed only when My Wish Holidays will receive the refund amount from Airline & Hotel & other services.
• Kindly share your complete bank details like : Account holder, Account no, Bank Name, IFSC Code, Branch Area to process the refund.

Travel Insurance –

My Wish Holidays does not provide any travel insurance. We recommend our clients to take a comprehensive travel insurance cover prior to the commencement of the tour. We recommend the following categories given below, which should be included in the insurance plan:

1. Tour cancellation and interruption: It should cover the payments made for non-refundable trips by air and/or land, due to interruptions during the tour or due to cancellation prior to departure of the tour, which may include events like accidents, sickness, injury etc.
2. Medical reasons: It should cover the cost of hospital charges including medicines, hospitalization, operation, and emergency services.
3. Baggage: It should cover the purchase of clothing and other accessories, which may be required in the event of baggage stolen, delayed, or damaged.
4. Trip delay: It should cover lodging expenses and meals in the event that your trip is delayed.

Booking Procedure –

Any type of booking like Holiday package , Airline Booking , Hotel Booking or Travel Insurance etc. After quote of any new booking, My Wish Holidays will not confirm the booking until received the written confirmation to our representative. We’ll only confirm the booking once customer or travel agent reply through mail and fill the booking form to us. The booking form only require while making the any holiday booking i.e Domestic & International tour.

Hotels –

There may be certain surcharges applicable at the time of booking the hotel. Above prices are on Per person basis on Double Occupancy. Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel. We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client. The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability). Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach / place of visit etc. during your stay/tour/visit. Shall be borne and payable to you, and the company will not be liable for the same.

Tour itinerary Transfer & Sightseeing’s –

This is a tentative itinerary. All transfers and sightseeing are on Seat in coach basis. The services are subject to availability. The above itinerary if for reference purposes only. The inclusions mentioned in the itinerary are for reference purposes and all the inclusions to subject to your package type based on below pricing and acceptance. Above suggested itinerary is only for indication and can be changed. Please make sure you follow the timings given by the driver and guide for all the services and transfers. In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given. Please note that the above holiday is a fixed holiday for which any alteration or changes are not possible and any request for changes are subject to approval and availability.

Health –

Please note that the above tour might require physical activity whereby a lot of walking is needed at theme parks and other tours. The tour might also require long hours of tours and arrivals which can be very late or early in the morning. All clients are expected to take full medical check up with a doctor’s approval before taking the above holiday package. In case any client is facing any medical problem, it is highly advisable to consult the doctor before undertaking the above holiday. Also, My Wish Holidays takes no responsibility in case there is a medical illness during or after the tour because of any reason.

Baggage –

All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from hotel premises / coach /Airport / during travel or place of visit etc. Some hotels offer the facility of safe deposit lockers, which can be availed of by you at own cost and risk. The Company will not be liable for any loss/theft from the same

Tour Cost –

All above rates are subject to availability and can be change without prior notice. We have quoted above on the best available rates as of now. Actual ROE is charge at the time of confirmation. The above has been calculated as per today exchange rate . Any change in the exchange rate will change the above pricing. The above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes, visa charges and other charges as per the current date. Any change till the time of departure. Any additional cost of such nature will have to be taken care by the client. Tour cost will be remaining same once confirmed between customer and Company. Company will not pay if, others company offering such other services or different tour cost.

Airline –

The flight details are mostly fixed but can change as well with an alternate flight (mostly in the case of date change) Any kind of delays in flight such as fog or technical problem Is not the responsibility of My Wish Holidays and any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client. If in the event that the client is booked on a particular airline on a particular date or due to certain reasons beyond the control of the company, the client is not allowed to board the flight, the client shall not hold the company responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by the client against the company.

Accommodation for child below 12 years of Age –

It is expressed and given to understand that a child below 12 year of age who is booked on the tour paying the special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed in the hotel while on the tour under any circumstances, In case the client makes any changes in their rooming while on the tour, the company shall not make any refunds or pay any compensation to them. In case the clients decide to make any changes while on the tour subject to availability, then they shall be bound to pay additional charges.

Visas –

Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.

Conditions of Travel –

The Client will have to strictly follow the tour Program and return to India as per the tour Itinerary. There shall be no refund, if client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or joins the group later or leaves the group before culmination of the tour. It shall be noted that for all purposes. It shall be the representative of the company at the appointed place, date and time.

Others Terms –

There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit of INR 50% Booking Amount. No person other than the company. in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in the brochure.

Validity –

The above-stated terms of use agreement come into force from the date of acceptance by the client. These terms of use agreement shall remain valid until further amendments or notices are issued by the My Wish Holidays Term and conditions of use may change from time to time so please check the website periodically.

Agreement Termination –

Without prejudice My Wish Holidays reserves all the right, on its sole discretion, to terminate the client access to the materials or to all or part of this website, with or without notice.

Governing Rule –

These terms of use and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of the laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Moga.
