Kedarnath Yatra – Kedarnath is situated at an altitude of 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is believed to have been built by the Pandavas during the Mahabharata era. It is also one of the 12 Jyotirlingas (devotional representations of Lord Shiva) in India. The trek to Kedarnath involves a steep climb of around 14 kilometers (8.7 miles) from Gaurikund, which is the base camp for the yatra.

<span> Day 01 </span>Arrive Delhi & Drive to Haridwar ( Rishikesh ) (8hrs.)

On arrival pick up from Delhi and transfer to Haridwar. Haridwar : Meaning ‘Gateway to God’ is one of the seven holiest places of the Hindus, located on the banks of River Ganges. It is the place where river Ganga descends to the plains. Haridwar is also spelled as Hardwar or Hari- Dwar. Haridwar is also one of the four places where drops of Amrit or nectar fell from the pitcher which was being carried by Garuda, the heavenly bird and the spot is known as Brahma Kund or Har-ki-Pauri. Enroute visit Rishikesh: was named after the God Hrishikesh whose appearance is an answer to the lord penances by Rabhiya Rishi. The Holy Chardham yatra has its starting point from Rishikesh. Rishikesh is a famous Hindu religious destinations, popular amongst devotees, yoga persons and adventurers as well. Located on the banks of the sacred Ganga River, Rishikesh attracts thousands of pilgrims every day from India as well as abroad. covering Lakshman Jhula ,Gita Bhavan, etc. Arrive Haridwar transfer to hotel, check in to hotel. Later witness Aarti of the Holy River Ganges.

<span> Day 02 </span>Haridwar to Phata / Guptkashi (9hrs.)

After breakfast, drive to Phata via Guptkashi. You would pass through Ganga on your drive, giving way to Tehri Dam (The Hydro Electric Project).

<span> Day 03 </span>Guptkashi to Kedarnath (Trek)

Morning drive to Sonprayag -Gaurikund (03 kms drive-one way). Once we reach Gaurikund, we will start your journey on the challenging trek ahead. On arrival, Kedarnath freshened up, performing Pooja and Darshan at Shri Kedarnath Ji. This evening we are staying in Kedarnath Ji.

<span> Day 04 </span>Kedarnath - Gaurikund - Phata / Guptkashi (Trek.)

After an early morning darshan at Kedarnathji, we return to Sitapur. Day free for leisure.
Overnight at Phata.

<span> Day 05 </span>Phata / Guptkashi to Haridwar (9hrs.)

After breakfast, drive to Haridwar. You would pass through Ganga on your drive, giving way to Tehri Dam (The Hydro Electric Project).
Overnight stay in the hotel at Phata / Guptkashi.

<span> Day 06 </span>Haridwar to Delhi Drop (5hrs.)

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and proceed for Delhi by road. On arrival you will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.
